Natalia was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She obtained her B.A. in Literature in English from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras.
At 23, she moved to Oregon for graduate school, and in 2020, obtained her MFA in Creative Writing, Poetry, from Oregon State University.
Natalia currently calls the beautiful and humid Atlanta, Georgia her home.
Besides writing poetry, Natalia enjoys cooking (soups, pasta, soups), as well as writing YA fiction. She really loves her cat, Esteban.
